The Centre for Agriculture, Food and Environment (C3A) promotes sustainable and resilient agriculture, ensuring the quality of agri-food products, human well-being, and ecosystem protection.
Through teaching, research, and technology transfer, C3A trains professionals and researchers capable of innovating the agri-food supply chain, develops strategies for responsible environmental management, and transfers knowledge to the productive sector for sustainable development.

The center collaborates with national and international institutions and, within the University of Trento, serves as a hub for environmental and agri-food expertise, fostering synergies between departments and centers.
